Imperishable Playthrough: Reisen Udongein Inaba (IN Stage 5 Lunatic)

Tewi and Reisen Inaba (don’t ask why I’m mentioning both) are the stage 5 midboss and boss of Imperishable Night, the 8th installment of the Touhou Project. The Touhou project is a series of danmaku shooter created a ZUN, creator of Gensokyo. All hail ZUN. Anyways, I find Tewi and Reisen to be relatively interesting characters on their own right. Hell, they have the canon “Inaba of the Moon and Inaba of the Earth” doujin, a doujin basically about them. Hmm, if it is canon, can it be called doujin? A doujin of a doujin? Tewi (whose name is pronounced “Tei”) is the leader of all the Earth rabbits, be it youkai or normal rabbits. She’s a prankster and a liar by nature and has, ironically, the ability to bring good luck to anyone who sees her (except me). Despite her looks, she’s one of the oldest youkai registered in Gensokyo, being around by the time the Hakurei Border was created. She’s also over 1300 years old. Note: She was a youkai 1300 years ago, so who knows how many years before that she spent also as a youkai plus the years she spent as a normal rabbit.
